Facilities

The accommodation facilities provided here are extremely comfortable. At the moment we have one double bed sitting room, which has a two seater settee and television /tea ,coffee/ hairdrier etc. It is ground floor situated and has central heating, the outlook is to the south onto North Street. The room has its own large private bathroom on the first floor with bath /shower/wc etc.

The cost per person for bed and breakfast is from £22 to £25 per night , prices vary depending on length of stay and time of year etc. The price for a single person is higher as it is a double room ( Please phone to discuss) This includes a full Scottish Breakfast served in our Dining Room.

Breakfast consists of a choice of traditional porridge or a variety of cereals and fruit juices. A cooked breakfast would be bacon, egg, sausage, mushroom , tomato, hash brown. A vegetarian diet is also catered for. Tea ,coffee, etc. or continental breakfast with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and croissant. Breakfast is usually served from 08.30am until 08.45am although special times can be arranged if required earlier or slightly later.

Guests are provided with a room key and a key for the main door to allow entrance at any time.

Scottish Tourist Board approved with 3 star listing and is non smoking.
